Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 6(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 6(RES) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 6(RES)?"
