House consider the Senate message (page 337) on the following at this

     CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6(RES)                                                       
     Relating to opposition to the inclusion of national forests in

     Alaska within former President Clinton's Roadless Area                                         
     Conservation rule and supporting the overturning of this inclusion                             
     by litigation, by congressional action, or by action of President

Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHJR 6(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 6(RES)                                           
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHJR 6(RES)?"  The roll was taken with the
